Appetizer: Edamame tofu with wasabi, salmon roe, grilled saury with yuzu sauce, Manganji peppers, and conger eel skin with sesame vinegar dressing.

Sashimi: Sea bream, amberjack, medium fatty tuna (4 types)

Small hot pot: Kinmedai (golden snapper) broth shabu-shabu (new onions, tofu, mizuna, shimeji mushrooms, maple gluten)

Grilled dish: Grilled beef loin shabu-shabu with summer vegetables
